The Staff were very friendly and approachable.
The furniture in our room was a bit old and tatty.
Wow! Great location, great building, great food, great pub, great staff what else can you ask for. oh yes, spectacular views from nearby hiking trails and sheep galore. rooms are spacious, actually huge by european standards and clean. the staff is friendly, making us feel at home.
Not in the location as advertised. Dated building and bedroom was very small
Friendly staff who were very helpful.
Very noisy plumbing in our room. Hotel was not very busy so poor atmosphere at times
We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The staff is great, they very much try to offer you the best possible service in a genuinely friendly way. The rooms and bathroom are very comfortable and have a true Scottish historical feel to them. A real asset is the large lounge with fire place where you can comfortably sip you local whisky. And of course the staff can advice you on which one to choose. All in all we felt very at home here.
the room was spacious, receptionist was helpful, centrally located
the room was not cleaned properly, restaurant is overpriced for the quality, room could have been cleaner, had a very old TV
The only advantage of the hotel is its location.
The room was cold and equipped with one electrical heater. There was no warm water in the morning and we were advised that it happened because too many people took a shower so there was no hot water for the last ones.... There was a huge mess at breakfast and we had to arrange plates, knives, etc. running around the place, then asking for stuff to eat or drink as nearly nothing was left at the cold buffet, organziation of the warm buffet was exremely poor, too. The saty was definitely not wroth the money spent. Any budget hotel could offer much better conditions and service that Loch Ness Lodge Hotel.
Loch Ness Lodge Hotel is a very charming and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is beautiful,
Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff all topped off with a private boat trip right from the hotel door.
Great meal small brekky
Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, cosy lounge with original fireplace and free wi-fi, excellent breakfast. In general very pleasant atmosphere.
The room was ok but would benefit from some fresh decoration, a good vacuuming would do no harm. Bath tub had seen better days.
The interrior of the hotel is quite remarcable heald in genuine Scots style. Good location alse. Very beautifull view from up the hgill where the hotel is situated.
did not spot any troubles.
Our stay at the Loch Ness Lodge Hotel was comfortable in the extreme, with very friendly and competent staff. The food was excellent, as was the service. Overall our stay was very pleasant, could have stayed longer had we the time (we did extend our stay by one day).
We found the staff both friendly and very effecient, and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I imagined I would have a view of Loch Ness from this hotel, given its name and the prices that are charged but that was not the case. Having said that the staff were friendly and courteous and the food was good.
I found the decor very oppressive and dark throughout the hotel ! In particular the dark tartan and darke wood panelling. I expect this is intended to cater for the American tourists since the decoration . I think there ought to be greater transparency as to how far the hotel is located from the Loch
staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was exceptionaly good with good sized portions and very well presented. Room was very comfortable and clean
